Celebrated Japanese Master Chef Masaharu Morimoto debuts his first European restaurant, Morimoto Bordeaux, blending Asian culinary artistry with Western flavors to deliver a vibrant selection of dishes.

Ingredientes locales

Al introducir ingredientes locales franceses en algunas de las recetas favoritas del chef Morimoto para lograr una visión ecléctica de la comida japonesa, la cocina se complementa con una exclusiva carta de vinos y sakes, que se pueden degustar al aire libre en el patio de 180 m², en el restaurante o alrededor del mostrador de sushi frente a la cocina abierta. La música en directo de músicos locales muy apreciados y aclamados DJ crean una atmósfera que llevará a los invitados del día a la noche.En el hotel se admiten mascotas, pero no en el restaurante.
