• When are tasting sessions offered? 10 to 12 formal tasting sessions per week (with the exception of Sundays). Testing starts at 12 pm from Monday through Saturday and 5 pm from Tuesday through Friday.
• How long does a wine tasting last? Please allow 1 hour for Snack tastings and 1½ hours for Pairing or Premium tastings.  
• Do you also offer informal tastings? Yes, though informal tastings don’t include a presentation and are offered outside of regularly scheduled tasting times.
• What if someone in my group doesn’t drink alcohol or has other dietary restrictions? We offer other refreshments as well as vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free alternatives. Please let us know in advance of your scheduled visit.  
• Are children welcome? Children are welcome at most tastings. Children 12 and under are free and young adults pay half price.  
• Do you offer private or exclusive tastings in the hotel? Yes we do, but for a minimum of 8 people.
